This was made during the 3rd lesson I've had on evening course.
We all had to bring some kind of (oven) plate to work on (pic 1)
First we had to wax the inside surface so that the polyester dont stick on the mould and we can easily remove it afterwards.
On pic 2 you see that the left side is coloured red; this is a gelcoat that gives a
very clean surface and a good protection.
The gelcoat is clear but I've added a red color to it.
When the gelcoat is in an elastic form (after 45 min of drying), its time to add 2 layers of the fiber mats, some hars etc ...
After 24 hours you can see the result on pic 3 ... =)
